Hora Deal is all about working your way up from the Provincial Council to the Cabinet and finally the Presidency by collecting three full sets of Power Cards (Prados, Stolen Balot Boxes, Offshore Accounts, you name it). You can use Action Cards to steal money, swap cards and demand bribes. Make sure you put lots of money in your personal Campaign Fund - remember that other players are politicians too, and will be using bribery, extortion, and even astrologers to steal from your at every opportunity.
